Senior Manager, Pricing and Contracts

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contract and marketing terms and conditions for the Generics Rx business.
• Develop and manage customer-level pricing strategies to maximize revenue growth and market penetration across various distribution channels.
• Provide comprehensive financial analyses to support pricing bids, competitive responses, and price changes.
• Review customer pricing strategies, rebate structures, and pricing documents including quotes and bids.
• Prepare draft pricing agreements and manage communications with customers during the RFP and contracting process.
• Ensure all contracts are reviewed and revised for compliance in collaboration with business and legal teams.
• Monitor pricing based on competition, market share, utilization, and costs to recommend adjustments.
• Manage contract administration, including loading pricing and setting up new contracts in SAP/Vistex systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Pricing and Contracts.
• Prior experience managing a team.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
