About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain analytics products to support daily pricing and long-term strategic planning.
- Build reusable data sets and analytics frameworks that enable rapid decision-making for commercial leaders.
- Review and validate data sets and analyses to ensure alignment with evolving market conditions.
- Collaborate across the Nutrition organization to unlock data efficiencies and build a cohesive view of platforms.
- Act as the voice of the pricing customer by detailing requirements and building solutions that bring measurable value.
- Translate complex business problems into concise analysis to drive actionable results.
- Coordinate data updates with marketing, sales, finance, and operations departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Proficiency with data visualization and processing tools such as PowerBI, Python/R, SQL, or Databricks.
- Experience implementing advanced statistical techniques including regression and statistical testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with major functions such as supply chain, procurement, and finance to improve data integrity.
- Familiarity with Enterprise ERP systems like SAP, IBM, or Oracle.
