Senior Manager, Pricing, Access, Value and Evidence

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of regional and local Value and Access strategies in Germany
• Adapt global value dossiers for current and upcoming therapies and client-specific submissions
• Localize pharmacoeconomic models considering country-specific information and requirements
• Develop argumentation and negotiation strategies tailored to specific payers
• Support the development of pricing strategies and manage pricing planning for the country
• Coordinate vendors on market access research projects, including advisory boards and market research
• Collaborate extensively with commercial and medical colleagues to integrate all sources of information

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Sciences, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy
• Fluency in both German and English
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a specialized agency
• Strong knowledge of market access or health policy

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees specifically in market access or health policy
• Experience in marketing or health policy within a pharmaceutical context
