Senior Manager, Practice Operations & Performance

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and Team Leads to drive accountability and consistent delivery
• Manage advice operations, capacity planning, and workflow discipline across Paraplanning and Client Services
• Monitor BAU execution to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational risks
• Partner with advisers to improve utilization and remove operational friction
• Own operational and performance reporting, including workflow health, capacity, and revenue-related indicators
• Ensure teams operate within compliance, AFSL, and governance frameworks
• Act as a senior operational owner of advice systems such as Xplan
• Lead operational improvement initiatives and manage the implementation of change across teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in financial advice operations, paraplanning, or client services
• Proven experience implementing and embedding change initiatives
• Experience leading process alignment across a wider business
• Strong commercial and capacity-planning mindset
• High level of data literacy and ability to interpret performance trends
• Experience operating within governance and risk frameworks
• Ability to engage effectively with advisers and senior stakeholders
