About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital go-to-market strategy across internal brand channels and customer-facing campaigns to drive measurable business impact.
  • Own portfolio-level positioning, messaging, and value propositions that support multiple solutions and buyer personas.
  • Partner with sales and client-facing functions to refine messaging based on customer feedback and performance data.
  • Translate market insights and audience data into compelling campaigns across web, content, paid media, and email.
  • Lead strategic discussions, workshops, and presentations with clients and internal stakeholders to reinforce value positioning.
  • Interpret digital performance metrics and customer insights to optimize messaging and channel investment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or portfolio marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop portfolio-level positioning and messaging for multiple solutions.
  • Strong experience leading digital marketing programs across web, content, email, and paid media.
  • Deep understanding of buyer journeys, persona development, and segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, CMS, or analytics dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in complex, multi-solution SaaS or data-driven marketing environments.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, HubSpot, or Adobe.
  • Training or certification from Pragmatic Institute or Product Marketing Alliance.
