Senior Manager, Portfolio Analytics & Insights

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality portfolio risk monitoring and analytics for the Unsecured Lending portfolio, including Credit Cards, Unsecured Lines of Credit, and Overdraft Protection.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and scorecards to monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, losses, and key risk drivers.
• Perform complex data manipulation and analysis using SQL, SAS, and Python to support executive requests and investigate emerging risks.
• Produce actionable insights and executive-ready presentations to support strategic decision-making and senior leadership discussions.
• Drive process improvements through automation and standardization of monitoring tools and workflows.
• Coach and develop junior team members to enhance technical capabilities in SQL, Power BI, and portfolio analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Operations, Collections, and Finance to support business line initiatives and risk assessments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio analytics, credit risk, or financial services.
• Proven hands-on experience in data manipulation and analytics using SQL, SAS, and/or Python.
• Strong proficiency in building interactive dashboards with Power BI and translating complex data into compelling stories.
• Deep understanding of portfolio analytics, credit risk principles, and unsecured lending products.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or providing technical oversight to other team members.
