Senior Manager - PMO Outlets

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop outlet managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control across all outlet locations
• Monitor performance through KPIs, identifying trends and implementing strategic improvements
• Ensure brand standards, service quality, and compliance are consistently met across the portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations to deliver business objectives
• Lead on-site initiatives to enhance customer experience, engagement, and retention

Requirements

• Proven experience in a multi-site or outlet leadership role (retail, hospitality, F&B, or similar)
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving performance and profitability
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach high-performing teams
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
