About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and track department business plans, including strategic priorities, metric creation, and success reporting
- Manage player-related technology systems such as Player CRM, NFL Programs, FIS, and ServiceNow
- Analyze Player Operations alignment with League priorities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Create club dashboards for data collection and reporting
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics, IT, and Management Council to accurately capture and measure player information
- Support department events and initiatives as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or analytics
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and data reporting tools
- Experience in Sport or Player Operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in sports management, business, or analytics
- Fluency in Power BI, Tableau, Dynamics, or Qualtrics
- Deep knowledge and passion for the sport of football
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently under tight deadlines
