Senior Manager, Planning, Sales Operations & Logistics

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and forecast consolidation across Sales, Product, and Finance
• Lead the S&OP process to ensure alignment on a single operating plan
• Translate forecasts into executable supply and production plans
• Manage inventory strategy including safety stock and inventory targets
• Oversee logistics and fulfillment to ensure on-time customer delivery
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, CM Manager, Procurement, and Finance
• Establish operational cadences and KPI reporting dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, or sales operations
• Experience with S&OP and demand planning processes
• Experience managing logistics and fulfillment operations
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced technical degree or an MBA
