Senior Manager, Planning

Responsibilities

• Manage the team responsible for the on-time creation of daily production plans
• Track progress and deviations from plans, driving problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Assess and identify potential operational risks and lead discussions with Procurement, Logistics, HR, and Operations leaders
• Utilize production planning tools to ensure successful execution
• Drive continuous improvement of Fulfillment Planning tools and processes
• Manage a team of Fulfillment Planning Managers

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in Production Planning or related roles involving cross-functional collaboration and data analysis
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/Supply Chain preferred
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• Experience managing direct reports
