Senior Manager, Planning & Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Material and Production Planners
• Create material demand within MRP and manage material supply for Production and R&D
• Ensure part master data within MRP is accurate
• Create material visibility across the business using line of balance, shortage, and clear to build reports
• Identify part supply constraints and create mitigation plans
• Work in a cross-functional team environment to achieve company-wide goals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, or Buying functions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience (14+ years total)
• Proven ability to manage demand and supply planning within MRP
• Proven ability to create new processes and deploy effective systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, math, and statistics

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and MRP systems
• Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing
• Prior experience in a rapid growth environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
