Senior Manager, Planning Excellence

Responsibilities

• Own Planning Excellence Strategy and Roadmap, including tools, reporting infrastructure, and process optimization
• Lead data-driven decision making by translating complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership
• Build scalable data solutions and oversee the development of critical planning tools and datasets
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, and Tech teams
• Develop and lead a high-performing team of analysts and managers

Requirements

• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions
• Experience managing cross-functional roadmaps in partnership with tech teams
• Strong analytical expertise and strategic thinking capabilities
• Ability to lead and develop a team of analysts and managers
• Experience communicating complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
