Senior Manager Pharmacy Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and own procurement and sourcing across various sites, overseeing and standardizing inventory operations
• Design and implement supply chain best practices and operational workflows
• Help operationalize a centralized procurement and inventory function
• Support NetSuite inventory module implementation and transition from manual to system-based operations
• Identify and apply automation and AI opportunities to streamline workflows
• Execute sourcing for APIs and consumables, including running RFPs and rationalizing suppliers
• Design and standardize inventory control processes such as lot tracking and demand planning
• Maintain audit-ready procurement and inventory documentation in partnership with compliance teams
• Partner across finance, compliance, and pharmacy operations to manage vendor processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 5–7 years in pharmacy procurement or supply chain operations
• 2+ years in compounding pharmacy operations or medications
• Working knowledge of 503A and/or 503B compounding pharmacy environments
• Familiarity with API sourcing and end-to-end traceability
• Experience with ERP implementations such as NetSuite
• Experience supporting procurement or inventory operations across multiple sites
• Experience applying automation or AI to process improvement
• Ability to design and optimize processes, SLAs, and policies
