Responsibilities
- Work with planning teams to develop media plans across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms
- Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns for maximum performance and efficiency
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights for future strategies
- Collaborate with analytics and media buying teams to interpret data
- Manage budgets and timelines for media campaigns
- Translate complex media terminology into easy-to-understand language for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to refine strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital planning and performance marketing
- Strong background in Social, Search, and Programmatic media
- Technical command of SEM, SEO, AEO, and GEO
- Proven track record in tag management system administration and data governance
- Proficiency in GA4, MMP, CAPI, and CRM Integration
- Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, TikTok, and DV360
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of non-biddable digital platforms
- Experience working with multi-functional teams
