Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon media planning across campaigns and channels
• Innovate campaign media strategy to support business priorities and commercial goals
• Partner with third-party agencies on 360 activation plan development
• Optimize media plan execution through data-driven decisions and media technology
• Perform data analysis to improve media efficiency and monitor competitive segments
• Communicate media performance to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Manage significant budgets across various campaigns
• Collaborate with Category Management and E-commerce teams to measure sales impact
• Stress test KPIs and identify new indicators for commercial success

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Marketing or Media experience
• Extensive experience with Amazon Search and DSP
• Deep understanding of Amazon's algorithm and ranking factors
• Experience with third-party platforms like Skai or Pacvue
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
• Experience managing external agency relationships
• Results-oriented mindset focused on ROAS and customer acquisition

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with non-Amazon retail media (search, programmatic, social)
• Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Marketing Stream, AI, and ML
