Responsibilities

  • Execute Performance Strategy including goal-setting, feedback, reviews, and development planning
  • Drive Organizational Alignment by partnering with leaders and HRBPs to translate business needs into performance solutions
  • Build a High-Performance Culture through accountability and continuous feedback
  • Analyze performance data and develop dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Leverage AI technologies such as predictive analytics and generative AI to enhance performance management processes
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops for managers and employees
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to link performance outcomes with career development and rewards
  • Manage the performance management calendar, communications, and compliance
  • Stay updated on external trends in people analytics and AI-enabled HR practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to performance management
  • Proven ability to design and scale performance management strategies
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights
  • Familiarity with data analytics, AI tools, or digital platforms applied in HR
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems like Workday or SuccessFactors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics in HR or organizational effectiveness
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools like ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity
  • Experience in highly digitalized or data-driven environments (technology, mobility, or AI)
  • Experience with change management and cultural transformation
  • Prior experience in automotive, technology, or high-growth industries
