About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with agencies to launch and manage paid media across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Bing, and programmatic
- Define channel mix, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting frameworks
- Identify, build business cases for, and stand up new acquisition channels from the ground up
- Optimize campaigns from awareness to activation, targeting CAC, CPA, and ROAS
- Drive growth through rigorous A/B and multivariate testing across paid and owned entry points
- Leverage first-party data and lookalike modeling for audience segmentation
- Collaborate with email marketing, PMM, and creative teams to develop high-performing ad formats
- Partner with data and product teams to improve conversion entry points and landing pages
- Translate technical marketing complexities and attribution data into strategic recommendations for C-level leaders
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2C performance or growth marketing at a high-scaling or startup company
- Hands-on ownership of paid social or search
- Proven track record of building acquisition programs from scratch managing $2M–$5M budgets
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic DSPs
- Fluency in performance data, attribution models, and A/B testing discipline
- Experience scaling B2C marketing channels within Fintech or industries with non-linear customer journeys
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FinTech, financial services, or B2B2C environments
- Familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Pendo
- Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (Branch, Adjust, AppsFlyer)
- Familiarity with lifecycle/engagement platforms like Iterable or Twilio
- Understanding of multi-touch attribution and privacy regulations (iOS 14+, GDPR)
