Senior Manager - Performance

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of performance frameworks aligned to organisational strategy
• Analyse complex performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into action
• Drive national and local performance improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery outcomes
• Partner with operational leaders to uplift capability, manage underperformance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure contractual outcomes are achieved and strengthen operational delivery through data-driven decision making

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in performance management within employment services or a similar outcome-based environment
• Proven ability to design and deliver data-driven performance frameworks that improve contract outcomes
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting complex datasets and generating actionable insights
• Demonstrated success managing multi-site performance, including turning around underperformance
• Deep understanding of contracts, KPIs, and compliance frameworks
