Senior Manager People Services

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to International and Leadership teams to drive alignment between business priorities and people strategy.
• Lead strategic people initiatives including workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and organizational design.
• Coach and influence managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and support employee development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and the consistent application of company policies.
• Ensure compliance with local and EU employment legislation, including Health & Safety requirements.
• Serve as a key liaison for the Brussels office, including roles such as Prevention Advisor and Secretary for the CPPT.
• Foster an inclusive work environment by organizing regional engagement initiatives and cultural programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within an international or multi-country environment.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, change management, organizational development, and compensation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of EU and regional employment laws.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
