Senior Manager, People Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic People Partner for the Strategy and Marketing organizations.
• Collaborate with global peers and Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, Org Design, People Ops) to implement scalable talent solutions.
• Champion the "One Synopsys" mindset by breaking down silos and fostering cross-business connections.
• Drive organizational design and lead through complex changes, including integrations and cultural transformations.
• Use data to connect people decisions to business outcomes, revenue, and brand impact.
• Model core values of Agility, Courage, Excellence, and Trust while coaching senior leaders and managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in People Partnering, HR Business Partnering, or People leadership roles.
• Proven experience working within technology or complex, global organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategy with business goals.
• Demonstrated success leading through organizational change, ambiguity, and transformation.
• Ability to influence, coach, and build credibility with senior executives and leaders.
