Senior Manager, People Partner

Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda for the CRO function globally, partnering on org design, workforce planning, and headcount decisions
• Proactively identify and resolve organizational challenges and capability gaps
• Drive performance calibration and coach managers through difficult conversations
• Build management capability for first-time and early-tenure leaders
• Manage complex ER matters, restructurings, and multi-jurisdictional employment topics
• Act as the primary connection between the revenue function and the wider People organization

Requirements

• Background in a senior HRBP or People Partner role within high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior revenue leadership
• Deep experience in org design, performance, leadership development, compensation, and ER
• Ability to build structure from scratch with a strong bias toward action
• Solid working knowledge of New York employment law
• Experience with US and EMEA jurisdictions is a plus
