Senior Manager, People Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee general HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits, and people policies in compliance with labor ordinances.
• Lead the maintenance, upgrades, and management of internal People-related systems and technologies.
• Drive and execute employee welfare and engagement activities, including internal communications and medical insurance.
• Manage and build a collaborative people operations team covering C&B, HRIS, and employee services.
• Devise efficient people processes and workflows using technology and automation to streamline the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with BU HRBPs to drive people projects such as staff cost management and management reporting.
• Prepare regular reports and data analysis to provide consultative guidance to management.

Requirements

• University degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in people operations.
• Hands-on expertise in people operations and administration gained within an MNC or large enterprise.
• Proven experience managing both domestic and international payroll.
• Strong knowledge of people technologies and HRIS.
• 4 to 5 years of supervisory and project management experience.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
