Responsibilities

• Act as a frontline thought partner to leaders on the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, engagement, and performance management
• Implement organizational onboarding strategies and analyze employee satisfaction data to improve culture and retention
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance, coaching, and counseling to leadership
• Facilitate compliance-based training for new leaders regarding wage and hour, ADA, and investigations
• Partner with client groups to administer LOA and IP/ADA processes
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
• Assist with annual open enrollment and provide assistance regarding benefit programs
• Interpret HR policy and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with senior leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of Human Resource experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, and methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s in industrial relations or HR management
• SHRM-CP or PHR credentials
