Senior Manager, People & Culture

Responsibilities

• Act as a frontline thought partner to leaders regarding the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and career development
• Implement robust organizational onboarding and engagement strategies, such as stay interviews and focus groups, to improve culture and retention
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions
• Facilitate compliance-based training for new and emerging leaders to mitigate legal risks related to wage and hour, ADA, and investigations
• Partner with client groups to administer LOA and IP/ADA processes from inception to completion
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
• Assist with annual open enrollment and serve as a liaison for complex benefits inquiries
• Interpret HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with senior leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of Human Resource experience
• Bachelor's degree required (MBA or Master's in HR or Industrial Relations preferred)
• SHRM-CP or PHR credentials highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Must be able to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA (Monday – Friday)
