About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver solutions across service offerings including operating model design, organization design, change management, and strategic workforce planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management and training strategies for large-scale transformational programs
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure organizational alignment and support program success
- Identify and deploy advanced communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques
- Lead and mentor junior consulting resources to foster professional growth
- Manage project budgets, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Generate new business opportunities through RFP responses and client proposals
Requirements
- Degree or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Psychology
- 8-10 years of professional services or external consulting experience
- Proven expertise in Change Management, Stakeholder Management, and Organizational Design
- Strong experience in Communications, Training, and Culture change
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead engagement teams effectively
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for and understanding of the Public Sector, TMT, or Consumer industries
- Experience delivering programs that support agile and iterative transformation
