Senior Manager, People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior HR partner to GTM leadership, embedded in strategic planning, workforce decisions, and org design
• Lead the PBP workstream on expansion in partnership with internal People teams
• Translate growth into headcount planning in partnership with Talent Acquisition
• Partner with GTM leaders on executive development, coaching, and succession planning
• Drive talent mapping and calibration for leadership, maintaining job architecture and leveling standards
• Advise leaders on org structure, spans and layers, and headcount decisions
• Consult on complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality

Requirements

• Experience building credibility with senior leaders
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
• Strong execution skills and high bar for accountability
• Experience in strategic workforce planning and organizational design
• Ability to manage complex people matters and workplace advisory
