Senior Manager, People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior HR partner to Operations leadership, embedded in strategic planning, workforce decisions, and org design
• Lead the PBP workstream on expansion in partnership with internal People teams
• Translate growth into headcount planning in close partnership with Talent Acquisition
• Partner with Operations leaders on executive development, coaching, and succession planning
• Drive talent mapping and calibration for Ops leadership, maintaining job architecture and leveling standards
• Advise Operations leaders on org structure, spans and layers, and headcount decisions
• Consult on complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality

Requirements

• Experience in strategic HR partnership and organizational design
• Ability to thrive in high-volume and ambiguous environments
• Proven track record of building credibility with operational leaders
• Strong ability to manage complex people matters and workplace advisory
