About the role
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing coaching, challenge, and guidance on people-related matters.
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into effective people plans and solutions.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including organizational design, restructures, and consultations.
- Act as a senior advisor on complex and sensitive employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments, balancing local business needs with global frameworks and priorities.
- Use data, insight, and commercial understanding to inform decisions and influence business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Global Centres of Excellence to deliver local and global People strategies.
- Identify people-related risks and opportunities, considering both immediate and broader organizational impact.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar strategic role.
- Strong employee relations expertise, including managing complex and sensitive cases.
- Proven experience leading organizational change, including restructures and consultations.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively within a global matrix environment.
- Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of how people decisions impact business performance.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, complex organizations.
