Senior Manager, Payment Network Development & Oversight

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of global payments network strategy across Wires, SWIFT, ACH, RTP, Cards, and Wallets.
• Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance STP rates across various currencies and geographies.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with global banking partners, PSPs, and fintech providers.
• Monitor partner performance against SLAs and KPIs, assisting with commercial discussions regarding pricing and service levels.
• Produce data-driven reporting and analytics on payment volumes, routing performance, and network utilization.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to AML, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on infrastructure enhancements, API-driven capabilities, and modernization initiatives.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in Payments, Treasury, Banking, Fintech, or broader Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of global payment rails including SWIFT, ACH, RTP/Faster Payments, Cards, and alternative payment solutions.
• Proven experience working with global banks, PSPs, or payment schemes in multi-region and multi-currency environments.
• Strong knowledge of payment operations, routing logic, and network optimization principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with AML, sanctions, and regulatory frameworks impacting global payment flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively across technical and business teams.
