Senior Manager Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual and 5-year strategic partnership roadmap across financial, travel, and retail verticals
• Maintain and grow key relationships with strategic UAE and global partners
• Drive Etihad flight revenue and ensure non-flight revenue targets are met through EYG partnerships
• Manage partnership performance on a monthly basis to ensure sustained cash inflow
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, marketing, and sales teams to execute partnership initiatives
• Oversee partnership budgets to ensure financial sustainability and effective resource allocation
• Manage partner payment cycles and monitor receivables to maintain portfolio health

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in airline loyalty programs or a related field
• Proven experience launching and growing airline co-branded financial products
• Experience working with loyalty management systems and financial partners
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and business acumen skills
• Experience with contract review and legal considerations related to partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
