Senior Manager, Partnership Strategy & Activation

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional activation and commercialization of talent & brand partnerships, aligning social, marketing, media, creative, sales, and retail teams
• Produce internal and partner-facing performance reports, briefing decks, and post-campaign learnings
• Build and maintain the deal proposition framework to evaluate and tier talent partnerships
• Manage contract terms including deliverables, usage rights, and measurement requirements
• Drive continuous benchmarking vs. competitors and category trends
• Define and own KPIs and benchmarking frameworks across the partner portfolio
• Build and maintain partner scorecards and dashboards
• Develop predictive models to forecast partner contribution to social and business objectives

Requirements

• 6-8 years in partnerships, talent, media, or brand strategy
• Experience in deal structuring and evaluation
• Strong analytical foundation with experience building models and interpreting data
• Experience working across commercial and retail environments
• Ability to build scalable frameworks
• Strong communication skills for senior stakeholders
