Senior Manager, Partner Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations to accelerate partner-led growth and expand routes to market
• Support long-range planning, annual planning, and investment prioritization
• Generate actionable insights through ecosystem health scoring and predictive analytics
• Build business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and RevOps to drive alignment on key initiatives
• Develop executive-ready narratives and presentations to influence business outcomes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, partner strategy, or consulting
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and B2B GTM strategies
• Proven experience developing financial models and strategic recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud, SaaS, or consumption-based business models
• Familiarity with partner ecosystem analytics and AI-enabled business processes
• MBA or equivalent experience
• Experience using Snowflake
