About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and drive end-to-end partner acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, outbound, and event channels
  • Define the channel mix and direct internal Paid Media, Content, and Marketing Operations teams to execute strategies
  • Own the partner acquisition funnel from impression to qualified application, managing volume, quality, and cost metrics
  • Build multi-touch nurture and re-engagement programs to drive application completion and partner activation
  • Serve as the internal authority on the partner base, using data to identify growth opportunities and whitespace
  • Develop compelling value proposition messaging and brief the Content team on partner-facing assets

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation or partner/channel acquisition marketing experience
  • Proven ability to build and run multi-channel acquisition strategies and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong command of funnel metrics including CPL, CPA, and conversion rates
  • Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) as a core part of your daily workflow
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to small and mid-size manufacturers or supply-chain-adjacent audiences
  • Familiarity with two-sided marketplace models and supply-demand balance challenges
  • Experience with intent data or ABM platforms such as 6Sense or Demandbase
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment with evolving processes
