About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end partner acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, outbound, and event channels
  • Define the channel mix and direct internal Paid Media, Content, and Marketing Operations teams to execute high-impact campaigns
  • Own the partner acquisition funnel, maintaining accountability for volume, quality, and cost metrics (CPL, CPA)
  • Build multi-touch nurture and re-engagement programs to drive application completion and partner activation
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the partner base, using data to identify growth opportunities and whitespace
  • Develop compelling value proposition messaging and brief the content team on partner-facing assets like case studies and ROI content

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation or partner/channel acquisition marketing experience
  • Proven ability to build and manage multi-channel acquisition strategies from conception to execution
  • Strong command of funnel metrics, including CPL, CPA, and conversion rates
  • Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) as a core part of your daily workflow
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align diverse teams around shared growth goals
  • Clear and direct communication skills for presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to small and mid-size manufacturers, skilled trades, or supply-chain audiences
  • Familiarity with two-sided marketplace models and supply-demand balance challenges
  • Experience using intent data or ABM platforms such as 6Sense or Demandbase
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth environments where processes are being built in real-time
