Responsibilities

• Own performance and execution across a portfolio of high-impact Paid Search accounts
• Lead day-to-day account management and campaign optimization
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and lead performance meetings
• Provide guidance, oversight, and coaching to team members
• Partner with Analytics, Strategy, and media teams to develop integrated solutions
• Maintain operational excellence by stepping in hands-on for campaign execution when needed

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with Google Search
• Proven ability to manage complex Paid Search accounts in an agency environment
• Strong client-facing experience and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience mentoring or guiding team members
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
