Senior Manager, Outbound Sales

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-tiered teams including Field Managers, Strategic AEs, and Full-Cycle AEs
• Tailor outbound motions to penetrate the Hospitality industry across EMEA regions
• Identify and target high-value displacement opportunities from competitors
• Build and refine the outbound engine, including prospecting sequences and ABM alignment
• Provide rigorous weekly and quarterly revenue forecasts using tools like Salesforce and Gong
• Act as a strategic advisor on complex enterprise deals and C-suite presentations
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to adapt GTM strategies for the DACH region
• Coach managers to ensure high standards of frontline leadership

Requirements

• Extensive experience in sales management within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-functional sales teams
• Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, LTV, and CAC
• Fluency in English and German
