Senior Manager, OU Corporate Services EMEA

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately £80m in Corporate Services spend across EMEA, including consulting, HR, financial, legal, and fleet services.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies that align global category goals with regional Operating Unit requirements.
• Deliver financial benefits in accordance with the Procurement Plan and Savings Methodology, ensuring alignment with Finance.
• Partner with key stakeholders to shape procurement strategy, secure endorsement, and align benefit delivery with budgets.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with local and global suppliers to maximize value and performance against KPIs.
• Lead contract planning, negotiation, and execution while ensuring compliance with third-party risk requirements.
• Manage a team of approximately four people, driving continuous improvement and building team capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of operational procurement experience across multiple categories.
• Demonstrated expertise in category management, strategy development, and implementation.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and supplier relationship management within a matrixed global environment.
• Strong knowledge of finance (cost benchmarking, audits) and legal matters related to contracting.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and influencing skills.
• Experience in risk management and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and training team members.
