Senior Manager or Director, Advisory (Consulting)

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex consulting and digital engagements, from scoping through to execution.
• Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and key project forums.
• Oversee the development of high-quality deliverables, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the consulting team.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, leveraging networks, and leading pitch processes.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings, methodologies, and internal capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant experience within a consulting or professional services environment (Big 4 or similar mid-tier preferred).
• Proven track record of delivering transformation, strategy, or operating model engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and teams in a client-facing environment.
• Proven ability to contribute to business development and build client pipelines.
• Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
