Senior Manager, Operations Strategy (Risk Operation AI Enablement)

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI use cases within Operations and lead the design and execution of proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Collaborate with Engineering to deploy AI solutions into production, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
• Monitor and analyze AI agent performance post-launch, iterating on models to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
• Rapidly build and iterate on operational AI tools using low-code or no-code platforms to reduce engineering bottlenecks.
• Act as a strategic bridge between Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance teams.
• Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards for responsible AI.

Requirements

• Deep operational domain knowledge in risk operations, KYC/AML, fraud, or credit risk.
• Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, operations, or technology roles within fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions specifically within a risk management context.
