Senior Manager, Operations Strategy

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive strategic projects to analyze product domain lifecycles and deliver continuous operational improvements
• Use a data-driven approach to perform customer experience (CX) analysis for enterprise clients and specific industry verticals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure stakeholder alignment
• Prepare progress reports for senior leadership, highlighting key goals, risks, and dependencies
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Handle special projects and ad-hoc deep-dives into issues identified by leadership or functional teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including time at a top-tier strategy or management consulting firm
• Experience within a fast-growing technology startup environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or the technology sector
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Looker, or Tableau
• Proven track record of working closely with product teams to influence development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
