Senior Manager, Operations Strategy

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive strategic projects to improve customer experience across the EMEA region
• Lead key initiatives to uplift the day-to-day work of operational functions
• Take a data-driven approach to problem-solving and complex issue resolution
• Work cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder alignment and deliver desired outcomes
• Prepare and update materials covering project progress, risks, and dependencies
• Handle special projects and ad-hoc deep-dives requested by leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech startup or top-tier management consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
