Senior Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational frameworks, guidelines, and SOPs in line with M42 standards
• Oversee end-to-end operations for the assigned service line and manage all relevant employees
• Drive clinical efficiency, service improvement, and technical process enhancements
• Monitor and report on productivity, performance, and operational outputs
• Ensure efficient workflow management and oversee equipment maintenance and supply ordering
• Coordinate with on-site supervisors regarding emergency procedures, safety measures, and security standards
• Join the commissioning team to develop operational workflows, processes, and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical operations practices and methods
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Deep understanding of the healthcare sector with the ability to deliver tailored operational solutions
