Senior Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations for GOAT's worldwide distribution locations
• Direct daily activities to meet efficiency, quality, and profit goals
• Spearhead and shape new initiatives to meet organizational objectives
• Negotiate and monitor specific budgets, controlling costs where possible
• Guide hiring, management, and scheduling of employees to meet key needs
• Implement system and process changes to maximize quality and consistency
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture throughout the facility and company
• Motivate and performance manage Operations Managers to ensure delivery of business plans

Requirements

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience
• 4+ years of experience leading multiple facilities
• Experience managing a team of 100+ employees across multiple locations
• Previous experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Strong financial acumen, including recording, tracking, and reporting expense control
• Ability to assess complex problems and develop integrated, creative solutions
• Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak periods
