Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across 10 outlets in the region
• Supervise and guide outlet managers and frontline teams to ensure performance and accountability
• Implement and maintain SOPs to drive consistency, hygiene, and operational efficiency
• Manage supply chain and inventory, especially cold storage handling and frozen product movement
• Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to brand and quality standards
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams for timely product replenishment
• Monitor key operational metrics including sales performance, wastage, feedback, and stock levels
• Identify process improvements, reduce pilferage/wastage, and optimize product flow
• Support new outlet launches, vendor coordination, and team hiring/training

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B or Retail Operations
• Experience managing multi-unit outlets
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in operational analytics and team productivity tracking
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food Tech, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cold chain logistics, frozen desserts, or FMCG retail
