Senior Manager, Operations Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the site’s CI roadmap, ensuring projects are executed and validated with clear timelines
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to diagnose root causes and implement sustainable changes
• Set and track KPIs for cost savings, throughput, speed, and quality
• Partner with General Managers to identify improvement opportunities and ensure operational buy-in
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement through training and capability-building programs
• Serve as the primary interface between site CI functions and the central Process Excellence team
• Use data and analytics to drive the CI lifecycle from opportunity identification to impact measurement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing CI or operational improvement programs
• Proven track record of building CI functions with measurable financial and operational impact
• Deep proficiency in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Sheets, Excel, Metabase, or Tableau
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, or high-volume logistics environments
• Experience building CI processes from scratch in high-growth environments
• Familiarity with WMS and leveraging system data for improvement work
