Senior Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor production activities for Class 2 and Class 3 medical devices to meet supply, cost, and quality targets
• Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures while allocating labor and capital resources to maximize productivity
• Identify and implement year-over-year cost savings and cost reduction projects
• Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to recommend solutions for improving performance and workflow
• Collaborate with operational excellence and functional managers to maximize capacity and integrate future product needs
• Uphold safety standards for the manufacturing and operations team
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of supervisors responsible for assembly, machine operation, and packaging

Requirements

• Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree (Engineering degree preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or operations
• Proven experience in capacity modeling
• Experience in long-range planning
