Senior Manager Operational Excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of operational excellence strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Optimize workflows and reduce inefficiencies using Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies.
• Lead data collection and analysis efforts to provide actionable insights for business operations.
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and ensure successful transitions.
• Develop and track operational metrics and KPIs to measure efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational excellence professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across departments to ensure alignment of initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt or Master Blackbelt certification is required.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to utilize data for decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
