Senior Manager, Operational Excellence

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end value stream mapping and collaborate with functional leaders to define a Continuous Improvement Program
• Own the management, prioritization, and delivery of initiatives focusing on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and On-time Delivery
• Lead the Operational Excellence team in developing standard processes, tools, and equipment using DMAIC and change management
• Partner with Global Stakeholders to define business cases for material management, production tools, and automation enhancements (CAPEX)
• Create and maintain a performance-focused work environment and promote a learning culture through knowledge sharing
• Develop and deliver communication and change management plans to mitigate project implementation risks

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain focused on Continuous Improvement
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety in warehouse and food manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive accountability at all levels
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Experience with manufacturing and warehouse systems and controls
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications or licenses in Lean Six Sigma
