Senior Manager - Operational Excellence, Digital and Data (Quality)

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Digital, Data, and Operational Excellence to drive continuous improvement across the Quality business unit (QC, QA, and QP).
• Define and deliver the Quality Operational Excellence roadmap and the Quality digital roadmap aligned with campus strategy.
• Lead Lean Labs and continuous improvement programs using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Deploy and sustain the COMPASS business system as the standard way of working.
• Implement Tiered Management, KPIs, KBIs, and visual management to drive accountability.
• Define Quality data strategy, governance, and standards to establish a single source of truth.
• Deploy dashboards and analytics to enable real-time performance visibility and predictive insights.
• Build capability across the site through coaching, training, and facilitation in Digital, Data Analytics, and OpEx.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Operational Excellence (OpEx) within a Quality environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required).
• Proven experience delivering digital and/or data-led transformations.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong track record of influencing in a matrix organization and leading change at scale.

• Additional qualifications in Digital, Data, or Change Management.
