Senior Manager, OLED Field Applications Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute promotion plans for new products and technology to secure RFQs
• Support design efforts through joint validation and testing of OLED and QD-OLED products
• Perform electrical, mechanical, optical, safety, and reliability tests
• Manage daily communication with customers regarding technical issues and project schedules
• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings to build relationships and discuss business
• Address customer issues by gathering facts and recommending solutions
• Provide technical support including product roadmaps and demonstrations
• Report progress and opportunities to management via weekly reports
• Collaborate with corporate HQ regarding pending and new technical issues
• Deliver insights based on real-time customer feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering with 15+ years of experience, Master's with 13+ years, or PhD with 10+ years of industry experience
• Experience in consumer electronics, preferably in the display industry
• Solid understanding of OLED display technologies
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric mindset and professional behavior
• Ability to work in a diverse, global environment
